We are facilitated with proper safety equipment. The products devised by them are not suitable for any kind of less capacitated people. Handicapped or physically retarded people cannot handle them, as we cannot sense the proper usage of the vehicle. The surfaces used must be safe and dry whether smoothly paved or hard packed. The helmet is also an unavoidable gear every time a person leaves with the vehicle keeping in view local regulations during daylight and also a check during night essentials.

The motorized scooters also inherit dangers for the users. We can be varied in nature. The goods manufactured by ElectricScootersWorld are to be bought at owners risk. The product usage also is totally a purchaser gambling. The manufacturers are not to be held responsible for any circumstances for any kind of incidental or consequential loss or damage. Any injury caused because of direct or indirect use is also not their concern. The misuse or abuse of the product is not the liability of company. The malfunction of the product is also not included.

There are various arguments regarding the legal age determination for the use of the scooters. There is no legal age restriction regarding the same. But still people of legal age should use the products. The restricted age users must always have adult supervision or guardian restriction. The checkup of specific rules and regulations with the local authorities in an area is a must. The minors always need adult guardianship for taking all the responsibilities associated with the product usage

The safety equipment such as helmet and kneepads is always suggestive for the users, as the customers must understand that the use of these products can cause injury or even death. The seller and his agents are not at all responsible for any kind of harm caused against the product. The insurance is to be obtained by the purchaser itself. The suitability of all the factors depend on the personal discretion whether of age, size or any thing else.

Since the manufacturer is not responsible for any kind of claim so the user releases ElectricScootersWorld and the officers or agents or sponsors or employees from the damages and demands. The actual or consequential nature of damages whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed all connected to the purchase of material are not related to any person in charge.

Limitation of liability

In no case of incidental or consequential damages whether special or raised due to negligence shall be entertained by ElectricScootersWorld or its suppliers. We are not to be held liable for any lost profits against any agreement purchased. The liability of the suppliers and manufacturers is limited to the third party in any circumstance to the user’s cost of qualifying products purchased at the time of entering into the agreement. The return policy is also outlined in case of accepting the products for return on qualifying.

The equipment is to be surely inspected before using it and to be taken complete responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Further more the customer is to be held responsible for damage caused to equipment. It is the user himself who has to understand the nature of motor scooter riding and motorcycle related activities and also acknowledges that user is qualified to operate said motor scooter, and is in proper physical and medical condition to participate in such activity. It is the Purchaser agreement and responsibility to see that all risks is his when allowing others to operate his vehicle. Proper professional training is also required in case he is not familiar with the nature of motor scooter riding before operating a scooter.
 
Inherent Risks

Warning! There are many risks while scooter riding and its activities. We can cause serious bodily injuries that include disability, paralysis or even death. The purchaser is to be held responsible for inherent risks and dangers, as it is his actions and inaction or that of other user resulting in the same. It may be due to negligence of others that such an activity may take place. Additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknowns to Purchaser, which are not readily sighted, are also purchasers responsibility. The purchaser is to accept all the responsibility of cost and losses or damages while participating in scooter riding act. It is as a result of his own activities

Operation, Registration, and License

There are various rules and laws from state and local level regarding the registration and operating of motor scooter which are to be obtained by the purchasers themselves. Seller is not responsible for any kind of representation regarding the scooter in Purchasers City and state.
